ZXL-DS Series is a strong hydrophobic and oleophobic Protective coating . After curing, ZXL-DS will repel water, mud, ice and other liquids . ZXL-DS uses proprietary nanotechnology , is a waterborne emulsion, environmentally friendly product without toxic and harmful. Using ZXL-DS , you don’t need Base coat and complex operations. ZXL-DS has high adhesion and excellent abrasion resistance, allowing it to be used in applications where greater durability is required.
FEATURES
Superhydrophobic – Aqueous solutions roll of the surface quickly and form a droplet sphere greater than 150 degrees.
Anti-wetting –The ZXL-DS keeps coated materials completely dry, water and many other liquids simply repel off.
Anti-icing –The ZXL-DS keeps objects dry , eliminating the formation of ice.
Anti-Corrosion – Maximum corrosion protection since the superhydrophobic coating ensures water and moisture never actually contact the base material.
Anti-Contamination – Dust, dirt, water and other liquids that contain bacteria or radiation never actually contact the surface of the coated material so bacteria and radiation is greatly diminished or eliminated and easy to decontaminate to sterile, if needed.
Self clean – The ZXL-DS repels dirty ,mud ,water, and remains clean and virtually bacteria-free.When dust, dirt or other molecules accumulate on our surface, a light spray of water grabs the dust.

APPLICATION
Metal, Wood, Stone,….Porous surface.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION :
Remove all grease, dust, dirt and other foreign materials to ensure the surface is clean.
APPLICATION:
1) Shake the bottle of ZXL-DS for one minute well .
2) ZXL-DS is easily applied by dipping, spraying or brushing.
Don’t need Base coat and complex operations than the similar product.
3) Uniform coats on the material, Please Avoid over wetting or pooling.
Cure:
1) At 50-80 °C, cure time is 0.25~0.5 h.
Performance of the superhydrophobic surface and durability improves with curing .
2) Or, Use A heat gun or blow dryer to Dry it and durability improves with curing .
To avoid blow away nano liquid ,pls waitting the surface become dry before use the heat gun.
STORAGE
After use, please tight the bottle.Kept in cool dry places.
